This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from Peptides Centre.
By placing an order on peptidescentre.ca, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Peptides Centre typically ships orders same day when payment is successfully received and confirmed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET, or orders placed on weekends or holidays, are typically processed on the next business day.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed in all cases and may be affected by payment review, inventory availability, carrier pickup times, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other operational delays.
Shipping Cutoff
Same-day shipping cutoff:
Orders with confirmed payment received by 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday, are typically shipped the same business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier performance, and external factors. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Peptides Centre is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, payment review, or events outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Peptides Centre is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@peptidescentre.ca. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows a delivery issue, delay, damage, or possible loss, contact us at support@peptidescentre.ca with your order number and tracking details.
We may require photos, carrier documentation, packaging images, or other information to review the issue.
If a package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, Peptides Centre may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to review and applicable law.
Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Peptides Centre may treat the order as completed. If you believe your package was delivered to the wrong location, stolen, or not received despite a delivery scan, contact the carrier and notify us as soon as possible.
