Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold by Peptides Centre, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed or shipped.

By placing an order on peptidescentre.ca, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

Peptides Centre does not accept returns or exchanges.

Because our products are sensitive research products, we cannot accept returned items once they have left our control. This policy helps protect product integrity, storage conditions, handling standards, and customer safety.

Products are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been shipped, delivered, opened, handled, stored, altered, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Final Sale Products

All products sold by Peptides Centre are final sale unless an exception is approved by us in writing.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Incorrect strength selection by the customer
  • Customer ordering error
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Opened or handled products
  • Products no longer wanted or needed

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@peptidescentre.ca.

We may be able to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peptidescentre.ca.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the packing slip, if available

After review, Peptides Centre may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the issue and may ask you to contact the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms a package is lost or undeliverable, Peptides Centre may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. For example, Quebec’s consumer protection guidance states that when a delivery deadline is not respected, cancellation rights may apply if goods are not received within 30 days after the written agreed delivery date, or within 30 days after purchase if no delivery deadline was specified.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
