How the Calculation Works
The result is only as reliable as the entered values. A nominal label amount is not automatically an independently assigned peptide-content value. Water, counter-ions, residual solvents, excipients, and other components may contribute to material mass. Select the mass basis appropriate to the laboratory method and document it.
